this more of a personal post but, I’m not making it private because maybe some of you would like to see some of my goals for the year.
gain 10 lbs.-I’m underweight (always have been) and I need to change that. Being skinny isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
Don’t let emetophobia/anxiety take over my life
smile and laugh more. Stress out less.
